The documentation is still in a state of flux. But you can send
translations to the list or directly to Michael or me.

Do you want to be added to the translator notification list? I send a
small note to all translators when a new release is near and the
translations should be updated.

I do not know how to turn this off, since I am mainly on Debian, but
have you isntalled the signature key of nq?
