There's ä, ö and å, the same as in Swedish.

Well, I've heard ispell doesn't work very well with Finnish (I haven't used
it myself), but there is a new spell checking library for Finnish called
soikko and an ispell emulation frontend (tmispell) for it. If TeXmacs
doesn't work with ispell, of course an aspell emulation frontend could be
written as well.
