The correct one is text/x-texmacs.

The non-x names are assigned by the IANA:
http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/

As you can see, there is no text/texmacs media type name registered by
IANA: http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/text/

The x-names are reserved for non-standard types not assigned by the
IANA.
