Yes.. shame on me for not having this idea before.

As I said, this patch doesn't add links to Debian. It actualy removes the
reference to Debian CD images, and doesn't touch the existing link to Debian
GNU/Hurd at all.

Then if you want to get rid of that link, that's a separate issue. I can send
a patch that does that if you like.

Well, with a bit of scripting that was easy to sort out.

Patch instructions:

  mv install.html hurd-install.html
  cp hurd-install.html gnu-install.html
  apply install.diff (this one fixes gnu-install.html and hurd-install.html)
  apply left_frame.diff (this one fixes the left frame in all pertinent files)
