This is spurious, the code is fine as is, as pointed out by forcemstr.

This is simply because the replay in the save file is already broken.
The replay code doesn't currently check if the destination is already
occupied; it probably should.

forcemstr was testing fixes to both the ai.cpp error and the failure to
detect the error in the replay.

(Following on from the detection of yet more errors, I am currently
testing some code to add a new option ignore_replay_errors to command
mode, which has the effect of ignoring otherwise fatal replay::error
exceptions, thereby allowing buggy or out-of-date replays to be replayed.)
