Details:

This patch adds the possibility to resurrect fallen units to the Battle for
Wesnoth game (for (100 + unit costs) gold). Not intended to go into the game,
at least not soon, I just have much more fun playing the game with that patch
:) The main reason is, I just know all the time, "yes, I could resurrect that
unit later if I wanted to". So even if by the high costs it makes not much
sense, and I therefore rarly resurrect a unit, it still is very important for
the overall feel of the game to me.

Only submitting it here so I don't lose it.
