[Wesnoth-patches] [patch #4110] Not show already downloaded campaigns on the download campaign dialog

Follow-up Comment #3, patch #4110 (project wesnoth):

This does require the campaign designer to change the version field to
something different at every revision and at no other time, but then, that's
to be expected anyway.

This would also mean the user can't see the statistics (number of downloads)
if they have the most recent version? Would campaign developers be able to see
their campaign on the server at all (since it has the same version number as
their copy, right after they've uploaded it)? If they couldn't see it, it
would be very confusing.
