This command is wrong.  You should really use "setup (hd0) (hd0,0)"
instead.  You should then put the grub file into the directory
"/boot/grub" on (hd0,0).

The correct install command in your case is:
install (hd0,0)/grub/stage1 (hd0) (hd0)1+14 (hd0,0)/grub/stage2
