Using
TeX, Version 3.14159 (Web2C 7.3.7)
Texinfo version 2001-06-20.16
texi2dvi (GNU Texinfo 4.2) 0.51
After conversion via TeX to dvi some of the Spanish titles in the
Table of Contents have broken fonts when I look at the output with
xdvi. I have not seen any broken fonts in any other part of the
document.
Here is a test file that illustrates the problem. Convert to dvi
using TeX and view using `xdvi'.
texi2dvi Spanish-font-test.texi
xdvi Spanish-font-test.dvi &
\input texinfo.tex @c -*-texinfo-*-
@comment %**start of header
@setfilename Spanish-font-test.info
@settitle Spanish Fonts Test
@smallbook
@comment %**end of header
@c set the following for English and/or Spanish segments
@set en
@set es
@c setchapternewpage off when looking at both English and Spanish
@c titles at the same time
@setchapternewpage off
@c set the following for one of either English or Spanish headers
@c documentlanguage en
@documentlanguage es
@ignore

This works fine, except that after conversion via TeX to dvi in the
table of contents, some of the Spanish titles have broken fonts when I
look at the output with xdvi. I have not seen any broken fonts in any
other part of the document.
After converting this Texinfo file to .dvi, xdvi displays broken fonts
for the Spanish versions for the title of this chapter and for the
titles for the following sections.
