On November 1, 2020 there was a change to fr.po to change the
translations, but any changes to the translations need to be made
through the
Translation Project
(https://translationproject.org/html/welcome.html). Otherwise the
changes are going to be wiped out when the translation files are
updated from source.

If we really want to change the files we get from the Translation
Project, this should be done with a patch or filter that modifies the
translation files and would apply to updated ones. At some point, when
the upstream files were updated, this patch could be removed. I
remember this was done before although I can't remember why.
