ddd 3.3.8, from tarball
Solaris 2.8

After looking around some more, I realized that the last time I built ddd 
(3.3.7, Solaris 2.6), I had to do some funky stuff with softlinks in order to 
get all the X11 stuff right. My sysadmins swear that openwin is installed 
properly, however. I'm trolling for other Solaris builders' experiences to see 
if it's ddd config or Solaris.
