Hi,

Which version of ddd are you trying to build ?
Please use ddd 3.3.8 (you may need to add manually some
missing files) or the CVS version.

As well, please tell which version of Solaris you are using and
what error message you are getting.

Regards,

While looking in the archives, I found this thread, which is exactly my
current problem:

http://mail.gnu.org/archive/html/ddd/2003-05/msg00041.html

Contrary to the theories put forth in the thread, I think that the
compilation fails because most X installations place the libraries in an X11
subdir under the lib, but openwin does not. Has anyone else ever encountered
this on Solaris? Is there a solution short of creating an X11 subdir and
softlinking all the libraries into it?

Thank you
