Instead of adding entries for them, we could review them by adding HTML
comments after the external link instead. Example for
https://directory.fsf.org/wiki/Collection:Windows, change:

[http://www.clamwin.com/ ClamWin]

to:

[http://www.clamwin.com/ ClamWin]<!-- Free software license:
GPL-2.0-or-later. Non-free software dependencies: No   -->
