On my screen, Emacs 27.0.50 displays what resembles a 3.5" floppy which
is grayed out when I use 'emacs -q'.

I tried to verify this in gimp, but gimp doesn't show such a toolbar.

Hm, maybe it's because I compiled Emacs with Xaw rather than gtk?
