Other than the file-dialog, what concrete changes does this entail for Emacs users (I know I should know since I use the Gtk build on several of my machines, but I must admit I don't even know whether those builds use Gtk2 or Gtk3 (I assume it's Gtk3) and I can't remember noticing a change when we went from 2 to 3)?
