So it's the result of new code in Emacs, I take it.Which is still a problem with GTK, because it uses XInput 2. It was previously disabled, preventing us from handling touchscreen and high-resolution scrolling events.
If so, is it not possible to simply tell users that touchscreen and high-resolution scrolling events are disabled in GTK builds, and let them choose between Lucid build in which these events are supported and a GTK build in which they aren't?
