Using fluid_sequencer, fluid_event_noteon() does not seem to work with drumkit under windows. (using fs 1.0.7). synth_note_on() is fine. I did notice a FIXME in fluid_chan.c relating to bit 31 
being set for the drumkit. Has anyone had a problem with this?
