I'd like to release a new version of FluidSynth real soon now.

Items remaining for next release:
- Track down QSynth crash bug and smash it
- Check build-ability on Windows
- Update FluidSynth man page

I have lots of other plans for improvements, but better release before I
start breaking things ;)
