RE: [FR-devel] ANNOUNCE: FXScintilla 1.46.2

What exactly do I need to install to use this?  Specifically...I tried
to install fox 1.1.13 on Linux 7.3.  One thing is Mesa3d is not
installed...so I built that (4.0.3).  I tried with that but it
complained that MesaGLU is not present...argh!  

Then I noticed you can build fox with --with-opengl=opengl and (I guess)
not use Mesa3D.  I did this and Fox built.  I then did a make install to
install fox...so far so good. 

Then when I tried to install your RPM it complained that it cannot find
the fox library.

rpm -I fxscintilla-1.46.2-1.rpm

error: failed dependencies:
         fox >= 1.0 is needed by fxscintilla-1.46.2-1         
         libfox0 >= 1.0 is needed by fxscintilla-1.46.2-1

(BTW...I tried all of this with the stable-release builds of fox as
well... 1.0.14 but to no avail).
