I don't know what it has.
Google says: Launchpad helps projects collaborate through a set of six
integrated tools: team management, bug tracking, code hosting,
translating, blueprint tracking, and answer tracking.

pros:
* It has bazaar.
* It has ensured financial backing.
* It helps the ubuntu release people.

cons:
* It is 30 min offline each week - Tuesday generally around 10:00 UTC.
* And there was something about having to include a special line whenever
  you do something - I forgot.  Maybe that was bazaar specific.
  But source code didn't need to be touched.
* automated querying restrictions:
  We allow you to use scripts or robots to access the data contained on this 
website subject to the following conditions:

    * Contact information for the organization running the script must be 
included in the 'User-Agent' HTTP header.
    * If you think you will be requesting significantly more pages in a given 
period of time than a regular user, you should discuss this concern with us 
beforehand by sending an email to address@hidden
