Sorry I wasn't in IRC before.
I can offer some 400GB traffic per month i guess. Its only I don't know how 
fast it is as i guess they reduce speed after some MB of transfere. You can 
test speed with my glob2-video under

I'm not willing to give (unlimited) root access to anybody but I guess it is 
not too hard to install some restricted user that has ssh-access to upload new 
files and arrange things on the ftp-download folder.

Kyle I trust you enough to give you temporary root access. Give me precise 
instructions how to give you root access without password and I will give you 
access. Then feel free to set up a torrent tracker and an ftp server without 
destroying leowandersleb.de, wilhelmrath.de, leo.leowandersleb.de, 
wiki.leowandersleb.de or the sendmail capabilities of my server (sorry I hated 
to be occupied so long to get all that running so I'm a bit precautious)
