The wiki theme is set to work on 800x600 (and has been tested with 800x600,
and 1024,x768 through to 1450x840 or so (widescreen)).

No one ever uses less then 800x600 (pre <'98).

I do, always. I don't want to have the browser on my whole screen. Long line
are harder to read (Knuth says 66 Characters per line are optimal), and I want
to see my emacs next to the browser. But OK, most people do it differently.

If the problem you are referring to happens below
800x600, I see no point why I should go to so much work to fix it.

I have measured the width. The problem starts at 790 pixel browser-window-width
on the Wishlist page. The main page is still correctly displayed at
that size, it is
getting faulty at 650 pixels.

Can there be problems with a page becoming to wide in the future?
If no, I'd say you can leave everything as it is.

I use firefox 2.0.0.4 like Martin (but on gentoo).
