this note is a compromise between kieran and me. on the very same server
i host anti surveillance articles and agree to use ga. i tried to
convince him to remove ga or at least write something more in the sense
of "if you don't want your visit to be logged by google use Adblock Plus
... and/or contact leo to support the removal of ga".

  i will not agree to remove this note.
