I think it would be great to have different proposals for the art of new
versions of gNewSense, so that the community can choose the one they
like the most.

I'd suggest you to put a name to your idea and add it to the list of
projects of the artwork team[1]. Try to describe the logo and its
meaning, colors for the themes, ideas for the background images, etc.
People interested in your idea will help you develop it.

We shouldn't. Plus, text in images is not easy to localize.
