In case the last lines of both compared files are part of a hunk, lack
newlines, and are equal (and it seems, only then), diff 2.7 (e.g.)
will not output "\ No newline at eof", what seems to be wrong.
Diff 2.8.1 passes the test. If you are running Debian woody, you
could build and install diff_2.8.1-6 from the unstable branch.
