Sounds great.  It would be much easier to keep track of what a
discussion regarding some possible enhancement to Arch actually amounts
to, rather than going through incredible lengthy threads on the mailing
list.  A standard format for these documents would also greatly enhance
their usefulness.

Actually, there are eleven definitions according to WordNet 2.0, see
