Well, with commit --base (not mainline yet), it's quite useful. To get the equivalent of a tag, you can do
tla archive-setup $VERSION tla add-log-version $VERSION tla commit --base $BASEREVISION $VERSION -- Oh, and btw, that's the elusive "commit-no-files commit" :-) Aaron -- Aaron Bentley Director of Technology Panometrics, Inc.
