I agree with ludovic, It is not in the meaning of tuning like youngers are
doing with their cars, I don't want to learn a new langage, but better to
have the have the choice in all the case as developpers we have to choice a
behavior that will satisfy the 80% use cases.
My view is whatever we decide of a behavior wich satisfy 80% as default
behavior, to implement an option for the 20% use cases to change the
behavior, in an ini file like
