Hi, Paul:

   thanks for your reply.

   1. after run ./configure, i got 'make all_batches'
working now; 

   2. last time the 'make' not working is because i
only installed the default cygwin, which doesnt
include 'make'. now i installed full version of
cygwin, and 'make' works now.

   3. Q: after 'make all_bateches', where i can check
the report on the results?
