I am just being careful to avoid for the clinical information to be packaged
(repackaged) inconsistently between the different plugins within GNUmed because
it risks to be confusing and thus to give rise to mistakes.
Presently the EMR tree plugin shows
Unattributed episodes
Health issue 1
Health issue 2 etc (may be past history item)
whose episodes may be closed or (if not closed) "open" implying active
and whose health issues (including past history) can be
active (or not)
relevant (or not)
but which does not show family history items unless recopied into a Health
issue.
The Notes plugin shows (by default)
episodes which are not closed
health issues which are relevant
HOWEVER
… health issues which are Active (but not relevant) are not listed, and
… clicking in Notes the checkboxes adjacent to:
Include: [ ] closed episodes [ ] non-relevant problems
makes no difference to the listings of Health Issues (it affects only
episodes)
so
1) should Health Issues that are Active be displayed (even despite that someone
overlooked to check 'relevant' -- think of a case of something that while
active may need checking but when inactive does not need to appear in the Notes
listing?
2) is there a bug if [ ] non-relevant problems fails to expose matching health
issues (since episodes cannot themselves be relevant, only the parent item can
be) ?
