Here are some patches to add a page for Guix Days 2024.

I’m not sure that having a page named `index` that contains the page for
the latest event is a good thing, but I’m not yet familiar enough with
Haunt to suggest anything better. To make the history understandable
I first renamed `index` to `fosdem2023` and then created a new `index`.
I would have preferred to name it `fosdem2024` right away, but then
I wouldn’t have known what to put in `index`? I don’t know how to
dynamically list the existing events or redirect to the latest one.
