Having a ~/.config/guix/current is entirely normal:
* /run/current-system/profile - `guix system` profile
* ~/.guix-profile - `guix package` profile
* ~/.guix-home/profile - `guix home` profile
* ~/.config/guix/current - `guix pull` profile
