Hello.

Well, I tried again. I made sure the temporary files generated while
making the pdf were deleted before re-running texi2dvi.
I also added this to avoid English hyphenation, as Karl suggested:
@tex
\global\hyphenpenalty = 10000
@end tex

texi2dvi --recode -q --pdf cinelerra_cv_manual_fr.texi

However, I still get those strange nodes names written at the beginning
of the pdf file. I don't know how to remove them.

Isn't there anyway to use accented characters in nodes names, for the
pdf output? I could remove those accents, but it'd look like French
mistakes, while the contents of the manual is proof-read without any
mistake. :-/

Here are the files. If someone can help me with the issue regarding the
nodes names written at the beginning of the pdf file...

Thank you.
Nicolas Maufrais.
