It looks good; I especially like the Mailing Lists HOWTO.

My one concern is the "tips and tricks"; I think that should be a link 
to
the LSR.  I don't think that we have enough users to support multiple
wikis (and wiki-like things, like LSR).  LSR does an excellent job of
organizing lilypond tips and tricks, so why not keep that as the snippet
place, and this wiki for other issues ?
