This case is somewhat different from the font-table case.  I think I've
fixed this one.

Well, was there a release made after I said it was fixed in CVS?

Believe me, I would welcome a patch that fixed this with open arms.

Again, please send fixed lilypond code.  I think that lilypond looks at
the note spacing and then decides that it doesn't need to add any
hyphens in the middle.  I know you can change this, but I have no
desire to read the chapter on vocal music to figure out how to fix this.
If you're interested, it's probably a 15-minute job.
