I couldn't find that translator at all in the whole distribution, so I now 
removed those links...

Thanks, I would have cherry-picked the commits, though. As I was working in 
dev/texi2html and wanted to have the test results on kainhofer.com, I 
committed and pushed to dev/texi2html.
