ugly @predefined sections in PDF

Folks,

the @predefined sections show names of commands which are typeset with
a fixed-width font, and which are usually quite long. In the PDF
version of the manual, this often causes ugly horizontal spacing.

I suggest to use a @flushleft environment to improve that. However,
this implies that we have macros like this

  @predefined
  ...
  @endpredefined

instead of the current solution. What do you think?
