WernerThere are only a couple of instances where this looks particularly bad. Could we instead change just those instances so each of predefined commands is on a separate line? Is this possible? It would certainly be easier!

Folks, the @predefined sections show names of commands which are typeset with a fixed-width font, and which are usually quite long. In the PDF version of the manual, this often causes ugly horizontal spacing. I suggest to use a @flushleft environment to improve that. However, this implies that we have macros like this @predefined ... @endpredefined instead of the current solution. What do you think?
