Attached you will find both the musicXML files for viola and violins as 
well as the MuseScore file I generated them from.
I tried to match lilypond's output as closely as possible, but at least 
when re-importing the musicXML files back into MuseScore, some 
additional line-breaks are introduced.

Importing the midi-files generated by lilypond provided a good starting 
point, although the multi-voice passages and the grace-notes screwed up 
the rhythm quite a bit.
The experimental PDF importer supplied by MuseScore [1] also worked 
pretty well but had problems with the multi-voice passages as well and 
changed a few notes.
