Stuart,

  Thanks for all your help, but the issue has somehow corrected
itself. I had to reboot my dev machine because of a power outage. When
I logged back and executed ltib it worked. I now have a functioning
image for the topaz cpu module, but have no clue as to what the
original hold-up was.

  I don't much care for 'self-healing' software anomalies.
