[m17n-list] [PATCH][SUGGESTION] Add some letters with dot below

Hello folks,

I started to learn Sanskrit, so I added some combination definitions
into dictionary of
m17n-latn-post.
I think it's good idea to add more combination definitions into
default mim file for distributing,
how do you think to add these definitions (of course add more than
below patch is good as well),
or should I hold them in my hand not to mess  steady stuff?

If the discussion get seasoned, I'll do with latn-pre as well.
