Hi Iori,
Since you mentioned Sanskrit, have you considered using IAST? There is
already "sa-iast.mim" that contains all the relevant diacritics that
you've proposed. Sorry to say, I'm of the opinion that modifying
"latn-post.mim" is redundant.
