Argh! I uploaded packages for Redhat 9 - damned savannah has broken sftp 
as noted Christian (there is discussion on the mailinglist - it seems 
that it works only for users with real accounts, but since february they 
were not able to fix it).

I have no permission to write to /upload/monit/monit.pkg/4.0 directly, 
even though via scp:

I send the packages to /upload/monit/RedHat (available via 
http://savannah.gnu.org/download/monit/RedHat/9/).

Please if you have sftp access, clean two md5 files from 
http://savannah.gnu.org/download/monit/ root (mistakes) and move 
http://savannah.gnu.org/download/monit/RedHat to 
http://savannah.gnu.org/download/monit/monit.pkg/4.0/RedHat
