It would be nice to have an intermediate release of the
current state of the net.venge.monotone branch, because it
contains numerous fixes over the 1.13 release. Having a
correct release makes it easier for distribution packagers.
(I'd like to have Monotone in Gentoo Linux, for instance,
but 1.13 doesn't make the self-tests.)
