You could try to run my semi-static build available here:
http://www.ipd.uni-karlsruhe.de/~moschny/monotone/ . It has ipv6
enabled. However, it doesn't use getaddrinfo(), so I don't know whether
it's affected by the patch Nathaniel mentioned, or not.
