IMHO its not worth to introduce a wholly new command which just mirrors
the behaviour of another and skips some of its output. The thing is that
if we found a proper format we shouldn't neither change it after every
few releases nor making it configurable, because if we do this with
everything this becomes unsupportable after some time. If including the
fileids into the output format is such a big issue for you, we can
probably just leave them out.

Thomas.
