Follow-up Comment #28, bug #55347 (project octave):

I moved the old checklist to a new page on the wiki and have replaced it with
the latest results still at
https://wiki.octave.org/PVS_static_analyzer_-_5.0_Release.

I have marked off all of the libgnu and operator bugs.  It doesn't sound like
we should invest too much time in fixing anything in the qterminal directory.

I still see a lot of warning relating to the settings variable in the GUI
files.
