Follow-up Comment #1, bug #59375 (project octave): I'm able to search in the index (brings up a "find" dialog when I click on the icon that looks like a magnifying glass over a sheet of paper) or in the contents pane of the doc browser ("search" tab there). What do you mean by > Click on tab "Function index". > Enter e.g., "inputdlg" (obviously w/o double quotes) Are you just typing "inputdlg" in the window where the function index is displayed? That does nothing for me.
