Follow-up Comment #19, bug #61172 (project octave):

OK, I connected a second monitor to a laptop in a dual monitor arrangement. 
If I maximize Octave and then exit then start it again, the title bar is off
the screen.  The laptop also has the same up to date Debian testing version
installed and is using Wayland.

If I close Octave and remove the geometry line from the [MainWindow] section
of my ~/.config/octave/octave-gui.ini file, then when I restart Octave, the
window is not maximized but has the default size and I am able to use the
title bar.  Are we storing incorrect info in the geometry setting when Octave
exits or is the geometry setting correct and Qt is doing the wrong thing with
it when Octave starts in a dual monitor environment?
