Shall I open a separate bug report (maybe it's getting messy, my fault I
guess).

0 ... references ... OK, clear
0 Most Recently Used - yes it is (on Linux, but IIRC on Windows as well).
0 file columns are restored in proper order, it's just the widths. I ses that
widths are reset on Linux as well.
